Which university courses should I start out with?

I want to be a doctor of some kind, (see below), but I don’t know what courses I should take in university. And high school as well. I’m going into grade 10 next year, and yes I know I’m looking into this early, but I’d rather be prepared.
Pediatrician, Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Oncologist, Cytotechnologist, Neurologist, Nurse Practitioner, Radiologist.
Those are careers I want to pursue. Please help me out! 
Btw: I want to go to Queen’s University in Ontario.
