What should I choose…?

This Question From West Virginia Nursing Schools | The Question Has 3 Answers

I’m a senior in high school, and I need to specify a major before I go into a university just so I can start taking the prerequisite classes.
I’m going to Marshall University in West Virginia for the first year, and then transferring to WVU with (hopefully) the same major intact. However, I’m have trouble deciding between nursing, dental hygiene, and an engineering program.
My ACT score would allow me automatic admission to the nursing program at Marshall, but it would also allow me automatic admission to WVU’s engineering school (Composite 31 [24 needed for nursing], Math: 27). I don’t necessarily want a major that is incredibly easy, but I’m very science oriented, I think, so I’m going for a science career.
The only thing I’m worried about for nursing is clinicals. And the fact that everyone says it’s the worst program stress-wise is kinda freaking me out.
I’ve gotten all A’s in all my chemistry and math classes, but my high school is a little lacking in the academic departments, and I didn’t really learn anything.
So, in essence, is nursing school hard? What are the pros vs. cons to nursing/dental hygiene/engineering? Which would you advise someone else to follow?

Thank you so much. =]
My tuition is already paid for, but only for four years.
It’s not really about what I WANT to, but what would be a mediocre degree that would yield a kinda good amount of money. =)
