What School Is Best, Ryerson University Or U Of Toronto?

QUESTION:

for more information, i am a US student, but i am a canadian citizen. ok the plan is to go to med school at U of T but im not sure what are my requirements even though im a canadian citizen. also would it be better to attend to nursing prgram at ryerson, grad with my bachelors and then go to u of t for med school.

    Oki.
    To study Medicine in Canada you need to hold a degree in an undergraduate program(You need to have certain science courses such as Chemistry and Biology).
    Ryerson does not offer Medicine but it has a plenty of science programs that can prepare you for medical school.
    U of T has a medical school and offers undergraduate programs that prepare you for it( please note that studying in U of T cost you more money).
    Forget about Ryerson’s Nursing program,you can not go to medical school with a nursing degree in canada because to graduate in Nursing you study 2 years in a Community College and 2 years in a University(2 years George brown +2 years Ryerson= Bachelor of nursing from Ryerson)and MEdical schools requuire people who obtained their bachelor by studying 4 years in a University.

    In regards to med school, U of T is much much better, but Ryerson is strong in the arts.
    I would go to U of T …their science program is wonderful
