What Jobs Should I Be Able To Get?

I am 18 years old and a recent high school graduate in Oklahoma. I am having some trouble deciding what job I want. I know that not having a college education or certifications of any kind leaves me limited with a good paying job. I was interested in working at Wal-Mart but they pay is only $6.65 per hour and I would only be working part-time (thats where they put me.) I have some family members that work in Nursing Homes and make $9.50 per hour (they paid $575) to get their certification. I don’t know how well I would be in that position but I really want the good pay and it only takes 10 days to get your certification. I know that working in a nursing home requires hard work and you have to be really caring (which I am) but I am unsure if I should just be guaranteed the $6.65/hour at Wal-Mart or if I should get my CNA license at this time in my life. *I really want to start saving up to move out into my own apartment.* If not, what places are good to work that pay well?
