What is the nursing school at Western University in London, Ontario like?
This Question From Ontario Nursing Schools | The Question Has 2 Answers
I have been accepted to Western University for Nursing and I am confused about the clinical aspect of it. If anyone has taken this program and can explain it in more detail would be great. The booklet says that you are in clinical in first year and you visit families etc. I do not understand how that works. Do you do it alone? Do you visit these people at their homes? Do you get an address to thier homes and expected to get there? Do you have prior training before doing this and do you know what to do? Also how is the clinical done in a hospital and are there any hospitals nearby? I am very confused about this and what the clinical experience is like will determine where I will go to school. Also if anyone has taken this program do you like it?
Thank you if anyone can give me an answer!
Also I would like to know how many hours do you do your clinical and how many times a week.
