What Are The Jobs/careers In Eating Disorders And Mental Health?

I am a prospective student in Maryland trying to decide on a major in relation to my experiences and interests so I can plan what classes to take and colleges to look into. I am interested in:
-eating disorders
-addiction
-depression/mental health
-writing
-creativity
I was looking into being an art or poetry therapist but I’m not very good at art, I just like it. I am a good writer, though. I want to work in the mental health field in some way but I’m not sure which area to pursue. What kind of jobs/degrees are availiable? Ideally, I’d like to work with eating disorders or mental health but do not really want to be a therapist or psychologist. What other options are availiable? Nursing, therapist, psychiatrist aren’t really my thing. Maybe therapeutic recreation or a mental health tech? What do those involve and what degree is needed?
Any ideas would be great. And if you know any colleges that have good programs that’d be good, too. Thanks!!
