ok i was at a party that got busted..i ran and hide in the woods and the cops found me. i explained that i wanted to go to nursing school and to call my parents they will come pick me up and so on. the cop told me he could give me an underage but because it was my first offense and i never even had a parking ticket that he would let me go with a disorderly conduct. can he still give me an underage and what will my fines be. also i blew a .129
