Here my question. My daughter just transferred from Germany to New Jersey. She is currently a Sophomore at the High School. We cannot locate here shot records from the time she was born till she entered Kindergarten. We have a Statement from the Doctor stating that she has had all her shots. The nurse tells me if we don’t find the records my 15 year old has to get the 9 shots that she had as an infant to stay in school. somebody tell me this is not true! I need help to fight this I do not want to risk my daughters health
