School Scholarships Question?

When I was in high school I wasn’t the best student and I didn’t have the best of grades. I graduated with a grade point average of like a 2.2!! I hated high school and I never planned on attending college. My plans were to go to a vocational school and get a license in nursing. But things change and now I am attending a community collage pursuing an Associates Degree in Arts and I want to transfer to Arizona State University to pursue a bachelors then a master in Social Work or Psychology. My question is do I qualify for scholarships even though my grades weren’t good in high school? In college right now I have a GPA of 3.7 and hope on getting it way higher by the time I graduate. So do I qualify for scholarships?
