Questions about Nursing!!!?

I have been having the most horrible time figuring out what I want to do with my life but I think I finally figured something I want to do, Nursing. I just have a few questions. First what in the best college in Wisconsin (I can’t afford anything out of state) to get a major in nursing. Do you think it is better to go to a tech. school for two years and transfer for your final two years, and I heard that hospitals need nurses so bad that if you get a undergraduate in Nursing and then get a job the hospital they will help you pay for college to get a higher degree? I heard that and I don’t know if that is true or not. Another thing I an worried about is the giving IV’s. I am not worried to give shots but i am worried to give an IV. Is it hard? Anyway any info would be wonderful Thanks a lot!!.
