Nursing Schools In Your Town?

See, the thing is, I’m from Northeast Florida and the Nursing Programs here are so hard to get into. I know I’d be a great candidate for a nurse, but my grades don’t show. I’m in the range between 2.5 and 3.0 GPAs, but for some schools that isn’t enough. So my question: For the schools in your town that have good Nursing programs, are they easier to get into for a person with my kind of GPA?
I’m more of a, “It’ll happen eventually” kinda person, but my mom thinks I’m running out of time. Running out of time for what?! There’s alot more people out there who get into an educational snag like this. So why is she trippin? idk I just need to get into some Bachaelor’s RN program soon so I can leave her and make my own living.
