Nursing Programs In Florida?
This Question From Florida Nursing Schools | 1 Answer
QUESTION:
I have a bachelors degree in psychology. I know that there are accelerated programs for people who already have a bachelors degree to get their bachelors in nursing. Is there a program that combines it all into one so that I can just do one accelerated program to get my masters (instead of doing the accelerated bachelor program and then a masters program)? Specifically, are there any in florida?

I am sorry I searched the internet and I didn’t find a MSN program for a non nurse in Florida or any other states. Since nursing is a profession and not something like nursing assistant, you have to be licensed as a nurse with a bachelors in nursing and a current license to practice. Nursing is not something you can just fly through. You need to find a college with an accelerated bachelors program in nursing and then once your degree is earned and you are a licensed nurse, you can practice, then work on your MSN. I am sure colleges can offer this as a combined degree, however you still have to earn a bachelors first in order to practice and eventually be accepted in a masters program. There are no short cuts.
