Nursing Programs For Teen Is Arizona?

QUESTION:

Hi guys. I am 16 years old and I have an 8 month old son. Before I got pregnant at 14, I knew what I wanted to do in life and that was to be a pediatric nurse. I didn’t let anything including a pregnancy get in the way of my dreams, now they have another person in the picture :)
I am excelling in school and am way ahead, my question is, do you know of any programs for teens in Arizona that I can take to get my nursing degree? I want to get a head start in life for my son and I, that is why I am so determined to get school done with. So any suggestions or links to websites would really help me out. Thank you so much :) :)
