I’m currently doing a bachelor of science [majoring in microbiology and biochemistry] at uni and I’m thinking of doing a bachelor of nursing next year [graduate entry accelerated program]. Australia based
Firstly… can you work as a nurse during your first year/ second year of the degree.
Second, with my microbiology and biochemistry background how long before I can I become a … specialist nurse in the microbial subject/ infectious agents.
Thirdly, if I finish my degrees… work as a nurse here and then move overseas. is it likely for me to get a job at the first hospital I apply at?
