Las Vegas/Henderson, NV-Nursing school repeat policy?!?

In Nevada Nursing school around the LV area say you can only repeat A&P 2 times. What will happen if the first time you dropped the class and received a W, does that count as one of the times because I actually took it 3 times a W, D, and then an A. What will happen if it does count as an attempt? How do I get eligible?
