I’m From Arkansas And Would Like To Become A Neonatal Nurse..?

Hey everyone, I’m from central Arkansas and interested in becoming a neonatal nurse. I’m 17 years old, and I don’t really have money for school. I’ve graduated, and I’m looking for a way to get my nursing degree.
I know one hospital offers schooling, and if you sign a 2 year contract and pay for your books, you dont pay for school, but that’s just for being an RN.
I KNOW i want to go into the nursing field and my top 3 choices are in this order:
Neonatal nurse
RN
LPN
what im looking for really is advice on schooling, or anything really, since I dont know where to start!
