I Want To Move Down South. Where’s The Best Place For Me?
This Question From Mississippi Nursing Schools | The Question Has 4 Answers
I live in northern Indiana. I worked so hard to get myself through nursing school. I have a great job and 3 years of experience as a nurse, so it should be fairly easy to get a job.
I absolutely despise snow, ice, and cold weather. I get cranky, irritable, and depressed every winter. I feel like I have worked hard and there is no reason I can’t move somewhere that might fit me better.
I have visited Mississippi several times and LOVED it. THe weather was better, the people were sooo friendly (southern hospitality), and the food is fantastic! I’ve never been to other southern states though.
What’s the best place for me to go that has pretty good weather, friendly laid back people, and a middle size town (I don’t want a big city like jackson, MS or atlanta, georgia) but a big enough city that has hospitals to work at….my current town has 100,000 people or more in it and it is about the right size.
HElp me out, please!
