I Need Some Advice. I Am In A Real Rut, Want To Go To University :(?

I dont know what I can do.
I have rent, and bills. Lots of them. Cant get out of a lot of them.
I want to go to school to become a nurse. The program I want to take is 4 years long, and I can take some courses ahead of time to lighten my course load.
Its a full time, intensive course. I wont be able to work that much, if at all.
How am I going to afford to pay rent, bills, AND go to school??? I dont have the option of living at home with my mom. I dont have a lot of options at all.
I feel so stuck. I can get a student line of credit from the bank of up to 40,000 but even that wont cover living AND school. How the hell do people do it?
I am in Manitoba, Canada by the way.
Should I just give up and be stuck forever in a go- nowhere job?
