Your student loans would have to come from Canada as you would not be eligible in the US. Both of you will need separate student visas and qualify on your own merit. Finally you normally would not be able to work for more than 20 hours per week on a student visa.

All I hear is how great the government run health care is is places like Canada, so tell me WHY would someone want to come to the USA to attend nursing school?
Are Hillary and Obama misleading us?

You can come by applying and getting accepted as an international student. Once accepted the school will send you a form called I-20. You can take the I-20 to the US embassy in Ottawa or any US consulate in Canada and apply for a student visa (F-1).
Your boyfriend cannot come unless he gets accepted as a student too or you marry him in which case he can get an F-2 visa to come with you.
You cannot get any student loans in the United States, from American sources, as a foreign student. I don't know about from Canadian sources.
On a student visa you can work a maximum of 20 hours per week at jobs on the campus. If you get married to your boyfriend, and he comes on an F-2 visa, he's not allowed to work at all.
