I am looking into the best nursing school in my area for me. However, all the schools are very intensive and require a lot of time and energy outside of class. I’ve tried going to school full time and working full time and I couldn’t handle it. School would be four nights a week and saturdays for 15 months, then an additional 15 months when I go for my RN
I have insurance and benefits with my company and they do offer for part time, but they are really weird about part time people.
Also, I was promised a promotion which I did not receive and am still working in the department of which I was to be promoted, plus my Original department. They hired someone for the higher position even though they keep telling the employees we are in a hiring freeze due to the recession…
