How Hard Is A Nursing Major?

So after two years of prerequisites (Microbiology, Chemistry, A&P, English, etc…) I got accepted into the Nursing Program at my college, my advisor told me I was in the top 25% of applicants.
My question is how hard a major is nursing and what should I expect? Any tips would be great. Thanks
