How do i pay for school? I want to become an RN?

I want to be a Registered Nurse or something similar to that. Im not positive yet but i definatly want to be in the Medical feild. Im 16 a sophmore in high school. Im not relying on scholarships because my grades are around Bs and Cs sometimes As. Right now im saving from my parttime job. Right now i have about 4600$. Not really alot but it will pay for a cut. I hope to get a full time job this summer and make some more. How do college students do it? I mean how do they pay for a huge bill? I know they get loans but isnt it expensive? Anyone with experience, please help. Also if anyone knows, What are some of the practices an RN does? (Personal experience ONLY please). Im in a class in high school called Bio-Medical and supposidly if you take the class for two years, follow up a test on it, you can get your CNA liscense. Im from Rhode Island if it helps at all.
