How do I get over a fear of flying? I flown from Arkansas to Connecticut, and from Arkansas to Hawaii, and from Hawaii back to Arkansas about 3 times? But it seem that the fear gets worse with every time I fly, I have a full blown panic attack when I fly. I will be graduating in Feb 2110 from Nursing school and want to go to the Bahamas or to Jamaica or somewhere tropical, and it’s over a year away and I am already panicking about it. So is there anything I can do to beat this fear? All of my flights were after 911 could that be my issue with this?
