I live in Missouri and I want to go to nursing school and need shot records from way back when. I have no idea where it is or who has it. Any info on this would be helpful.

    If you have lived in same area all your life, the health dept might have it. You could also go back for your school records, each year they have to be checked that they are current so that is another source. Like other person said your GP should have a copy, or your parents.
