Help!!! So I Go To School To Become A Cna Or A Medical Assistant?

So i hate the job i have now, and i’ve always wanted to work in the medical field, either at the hospital or at a doctors office. I like being around people and i like helping people and like to be challanged. So i thought i could go to a medical insitute and become a CNA and then become a LPN, but then i found out LPN are not in demand at hospitals. So i don’t know if i should become a CNA anyway then go back to school to become a RN, or should i go to school to become a medical assistant? Because i don’t want to work in a nursing home and i don’t know if CNA’s are in demand. So if someone can assist me that would be great!! THANX
