Drug Test In Illinois?

I am entering a nursing program in Utah and they require a drug test (among other things) before I start. I am currently living in Chicago, il and am having a hard time finding a place that does a drug test and will sen it to my school. Also one that doesn’t cost a fortune. Anyone have any info? Please help.
I have already tried calling local businesses and stuff to find out where they get theirs done but the place they use wouldn’t do for me…weird.
