Custody Case: Placed An Injunction Against Me To Not Remove Daughter To Move To Another State?
This Question From Kentucky Nursing Schools | The Question Has 7 Answers
In August I got engaged to a man that lives in Kentucky (I live in Florida.) I have two girls. My oldest daughter’s dad and grandmother gave me and my fiance blessings in beginning a new life together. However my youngest daughter’s father has filed a paternity suit against me with an injunction that is still awaiting approval from the judge to not allow me to remove her from the state. He is inconsistent with child support and visiting our daughter. He either cuts the visit short or cancels for his weekend. He is on probation, is behind on back child support with his oldest daughter, and he does not have a relationship with his middle daughter. What can I do? I can’t afford an attorney. I am getting ready to graduate from nursing school, but right now I am broke. My daughters love my fiance and he loves them, “as much as I love you.” He’s worked with the same company for 11 years and owns two houses. The school district where he lives is number 16 in the country and parents that live one block away. Please help, as with any advice I would be so grateful.
