Can I Transfer To The University Of Alabama?

QUESTION:

I am looking to transfer into the Bachelor’s of Science online program for Commerce and Business Management at the University of Alabama. I recently graduated from a local C.C. with a 2.9 GPA, a majority of my courses were in Computer Science. I also volunteer at a nursing home a couple of times a week, do I have a decent shot at qualifying for this program?
Note: I am not an Alabama resident.(I’m from the Midwest.)
