Can I transfer credits from USA to Canada?

Currently I live in Chicago but I am thinking about moving to Canada.Can I transfer my credit hours to Canadian Schools if I won’t be able to finish the nursing program in Chicago.What credit hours are transferable from our nursing program? Can I just move there and finish mynursing school in Canada without having any problems?
