		<description>I&#039;m sure it&#039;s fine. You could call the state board of nursing where you live and ask them what kinds of offenses disqualify you from licensure. If you&#039;re really worried, you could probably go to the court and ask the judge to expunge the record, especially if you&#039;ve stayed out of trouble - how long ago was the charge? Judges often look kindly upon people who are trying to better their lives through education, especially education for a public service like nursing.
