Are there any easy nursing schools to transfer into?

I’m ending my first semester of my freshman year as a pre-med major.I’m going to continute to go to my school until the end of the year but I recently decided that I wanted to switch into nursing, but I don’t know where to start. I would preferably like to go to Florida or Arizona, but I’m open to anything. Does anyone know any schools that would be somewhat easy not only to transfer into, but to transfer into the nursing major?
I’ll most likely have between a 3.2 and 3.5 gpa
