Am I Pregnant? Or Might Be?

Febuary 4th I started my period. It lasted til the 6th. I went back to my school in oklahoma and on the 14 of febuary I got a shot for pregnancy. The nurse told me not to have sex with in foury eight hours, I had sex six hours later. I wasnt on my period when i got the shot. I was told by a nurse i was suppose to start my period two weeks after i got the shot. I never started my period so i went back to get tested for pregnancy. The test came out negitive.
So i didnt worry about anything.
Its been almost three months. since then. I have had all symtoms besides tender breast, or vomiting.
These past few days ive had implantation bleeding.
Could I be pregnant or not?
Each time i go back to get a pregnantcy test it always come out negitive.
