Altitude Arm Numbness Problems?

i work way up north of quebec the altitude is very high my arms
are oftenly numb is very annoying and even hurts at time!
its not heart related saw a nurse here she told me it hapens often to strangers commeng here probably due to altitude!
maybe somedy out there has an old school trick to helpme out its really hard performing my tasks with arms and hands numb! please help im here till december! so any input would be appreciated i will try any suggestions!
