A question about school requirements?

I have covered all the basic credits I need to graduate from my high school, which covers 4 english, 4 social studies, 4 sciences w/ labs, 3 maths, and numerous electives. I was looking at and really liking West Virginia University for nursing, but the application says I would need 3 high school math credits to be qualified for acceptance. So my question is, does this mean the I can definantly not get into WVU? Is it even worth trying? Or is there something I can/have to do to meet this “requirement”? Any help would be beneficial. Thanks.
